Tomoe Fluttershybana, endoscopic surgeon at Haysurgam First Care, moved away from her clan to Equestria to work in endoscopy, and is always worried about following the "path of honor and kindness".
Her trusty ninja butler bunny, Angel Hanadamaru, can be (nearly) always seen giving her support and training.

Endoscopy, while not bad, was certainly my least appreciated game mode. Maybe if it was Fluttershy operating, I'd tolerate it a bit more? There's one thing that I'm sure, though... it can easily get your arm tired.

And, yay, this one didn't come out bad!
